5. Mock-up can take up to 48 hrs. (business days) to send out. Depends on the demand we have daily.
6. Production time is 7 to 10 business days after we receive you mock up approval.
7. Shipping time is between 3 to 7 days business days.
8. UNLIMITED Stitch count, No mater how many stitches is your design there is no extra cost.
9. If and order its canceled after placing an order you have 3 hrs. to do so without any penalty. If you decide to continue with the cancelation after the 3 hr. grace period there will be a 30% Restocking fee, if we worked on you design, mock up or set up you will also be liable for the digitizing/set up or design fee as well.

• Please keep in mind that really small details do not work well for embroidery. Very small text and details will need to be removed from some designs. LESS IS MORE when it comes to embroidery designs.
